Fees

Fees must be paid on time and in advance via standing orders. Fees must be paid at the beginning of every month. Non-payment and persistent delays in fees will result in your child being excluded from Madrasa.

Madrasa fee policy is £45 a month for the first two siblings and any subsequent sibling will be charged £40.

Fees can be paid yearly rather than monthly; we offer several options for paying the fees. These are:

  1. A yearly payment of £540 for the first 2 siblings and £480 for any subsequent sibling, payable in September.
  2. Two yearly payments of £270 for the first 2 siblings and £240 for any subsequent sibling, payable at the beginning of each term, September, and February.
  3. 12 monthly payments of £45 a month for the first 2 siblings and £40 for any subsequent sibling, payable at the beginning of each month.

As a parent / guardian, I understand that I am required to pay for the notice period in advance and give a minimum 30 days notice to the Madrasa if you wish your child(s) to leave. If my child(s) cannot attend / I decide to withdraw my child(s) from Madrasa and no effort has been made to contact / inform the Madrasa – The monthly fee(s) are still due for the months(s) of non attendance.

All queries must be reported to the Madrasa Management by appointment.
